Frances Bradfield

Frances Beatrice Bradfield OBE FRAeS was an aeronautical engineer at the Royal Aircraft Establishment. She worked at RAE Farnborough, where she headed the Wind Tunnels Section. Here she mentored many of the younger male engineers who joined the RAE.
