Feb 16,2020 3:42 am

The Prime Minister urged the US to reconsider what a diplomat's wife immunity, after you are from the United Kingdom, although they have a suspect in a fatal crash.

Anne Sacoolas wanted August by The Police about the death of a motorcyclist, Harry Dunn , 19, in Northamptonshire, on 27.

The U.S. State Department said that Diplomatic Immunity was waived "rare".

Boris Johnson said the UK said the US Ambassador, and "if we don't solve it there and then. I raised myself up with the White House ".

the British foreign Secretary, Dominic Raab , has already" called for earlier by the US to reconsider Embassy, raised Mr Dunn's case, in a conversation With Us Secretary of state Mike Pompeo .

A spokesman for The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, said Mr. Raab, "again his disappointment with the US decision and urged it to reconsider".

Below, diplomats and their Family Members are immune from prosecution in the host country, as long as you are not a citizen of This Country . However, their immunity may be abrogated by The State that sent them.

Ms Sacoolas left the UK, despite The Police tell, she had no such plans.

Harry Dunn , 19, died in hospital after his motorbike was in a crash with a Volvo

speaking at a visit to a hospital in Watford, Mr Johnson: "I think everyone has his sympathies are very much with The Family of Harry Dunn and our condolences to you for your tragic loss.

"I don't have to reply to you directly, I think it can be, to use The Law , The Process of Diplomatic Immunity for this kind of purpose.

"And I hope that Anne Sacoolas will come again, and with the processes of The Law , as they are carried out in This Country .

"This is a point we have raised, or raise today with The American Ambassador here in UK and I hope it will be fixed soon.

"And to anticipate A Question , you might want to raise to, if we don't solve it, then I'm going to raise of course it is me personally with the White House . "

Both of the Northamptonshire chief constable and The Police and crime Commissioner, The Americans asked to waive Ms Sacoolas Diplomatic Immunity .

Mr Dunn died in the hospital shortly after his Kawasaki motorbike was involved in a crash with a Volvo XC90 in about 20:30 hrs CEST in the vicinity of the RAF base in Croughton.

Chief constable Nick Adderley, said that based on CCTV evidence the officers knew that in The Night of The Crash , a vehicle had left The Base "on the wrong side of The Road ".

Supt Sarah Johnson said, The Police have to collect evidence with the support of The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, to the RAF base and the Dunn family.

"We will ensure that we can deal with it [The Investigation ] in such a way, that it is up to the prosecution," She Said .

Analysis

Gary O'donoghue, BBC, Washington correspondent of the

The appeal of Boris Johnson is, undoubtedly, belongs to, in the White House .

But I think it is unlikely that The Americans will change their minds. It comes on a fairly regular basis around The World , diplomats get in serious situations and do not see The Law .

We understand, the diplomat and his wife have only been in the UK for three weeks. On The Face of it, this sounds like something that was brought to a premature end, presumably in connection with what is happening.

I find that a bit distasteful thing is that apparently Ms Sacoolas promised and work together, But then left. But we don't know the circumstances around, because we heard their side of the story.

The accident occurred on the B4031 near RAF Croughton, Northamptonshire, in August

Mr. Dunn's mother, Charlotte Charles said it was to do "as a dishonorable thing to do" for Ms Sacoolas to leave the country, and urged her to come back.

Ms Charles told the BBC's Victoria Derbyshire programme: "[It was] accidental. You don't deliberately drive on The Other side of The Road . if you would have stayed and saw us as A Family , we found that the Forgiveness . But you forgive for leaving you, I'm nowhere in the vicinity. "

she has previously said that if the diplomatic waiver was denied, then you would have to travel to President Donald Trump , and "you ask him directly".

The U.S. State Department said it was in "close consultation" with the British officials, and has offered his "deepest sympathy" for The Family of Mr. Dunn.
