About Ficus Subpisocarpa
Ficus subpisocarpa is a species of small deciduous tree native to Japan, China, Taiwan and southeast Asia to the Moluccas. Two subspecies are recognised. Terrestrial or hemiepiphytic, it reaches a height of 7 m. Ants predominantly of the genus Crematogaster have been recorded living in stem cavities.
