Fernando Perez is an American current Major League Baseball coach for the San Francisco Giants, former professional baseball outfielder, and a professional writer. He played baseball at Columbia University. He was selected by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays in the 7th round of the 2004 Major League Baseball draft.
