Fay Lamar Webb-Gardner was an American political hostess, businesswoman, and philanthropist. As the wife of Oliver Max Gardner, she served as the Second Lady of North Carolina from 1917 to 1923 and as First Lady of North Carolina from 1929 to 1933.
