About Everything's Ducky
During their stint at a military base, hapless sailors Kermit "Beetle" McKay (Mickey Rooney) and John Paul "Ad" Jones (Buddy Hackett) encounter a talking duck. The dumbfounded seamen soon discover that the mallard, dubbed Scuttlebutt, was previously a scientist's pet and is the key to valuable information about rocket technology. Before Beetle and Ad can get Scuttlebutt into the hands of the Navy, they become involved in a series of increasingly ridiculous mishaps.
