Ersin Kalaycıoğlu Life story
Mahmut Ersin Kalaycıoğlu is a Turkish political scientist, professor of political sciences at Sabancı University and former president of Işık University, Istanbul. He is also a nephew of the well-known Turkish constitution professor, Tarık Zafer Tunaya.
