Ephraim Akpata Life story
Ephraim Omorose Ibukun Akpata was a Justice of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and the first chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission of Nigeria, responsible for the 1998/1999 elections that re-introduced democracy in May 1999.
