Dr. Emmanuel Eweta Uduaghan is a retired Nigerian politician and doctor who served as Governor of Delta State from 2007 to 2015. He assumed office via an inconclusive election on 29 May 2007 and was a member of the People's Democratic Party. He was reelected in 2011.
