About Elm Place
First National Bank Tower, is a 52-story, 191 m skyscraper in the Main Street district of downtown Dallas, Texas, adjacent to the Dallas Area Rapid Transit Akard Station. It is the tenth tallest building in the city. In January 2010 the building was closed due to low occupancy rates.
