Eliyahu Moshe Panigel Life story
Eliyahu Moshe Panigel was the Sephardi chief rabbi of the Ottoman Empire, Palestine and Jerusalem. Orphaned at a young age, Panigel was brought up by his uncle Raphael Meir Panigel, the rishon le-Zion.
