Elisa Pérez Vera Life story
Elisa Pérez Vera is a Spanish jurist, a professor of Private International Law at the National University of Distance Education and magistrate of the Constitutional Court of Spain from 2001 to 2012. In 1982 she was appointed Rector of the UNED, becoming the first woman rector at a Spanish public university.
