Eftichia Papagianopoulou, also spelled as Eftihia Papagianopoulou, was a Greek lyricist. She was born in Aydın near Smyrna in Asia Minor in 1893. She left Smyrna in 1919 prior to the Greco-Turkish War. She emigrated to Greece and settled permanently in Athens.

Eftichia papagianopoulos was born in thessaloniki. Greece in 1895 and was raised by her father who was a poet. She was educated at a local school and went on to pursue a degree in law from the university of thessaloniki.
