Eduard Lazarev Life story
Eduard Leonidovich Lazarev is a Moldovan composer of Russian descent. Lazarev arranged the State Anthem of the Moldavian SSR in 1980, with authorization of The First Secretary of the Moldavian Communist Party Ivan Bodiul.
