Edmund Smith Hanbury Life story
Edmund Smith Hanbury (1850–1913) Edmund Hanbury was a partner in the brewery from 1873, from which he retired in 1886. On his grandfather's death he brought his family to live at Poles, a property which, at that time, was in excess of 2,000 acres (8.1 km2).
