Edmund Sheafe, Of Cranbrook Life story
Edmund Sheafe was born in Kent, England. Edmund, son of Thomas Sheaff and his wife Mary (Harman) was baptised on 17 Mar 1559/60 at St. Dunstan's, Cranbrook, Kent. He was the second known child of this couple. He studied first at Eton and then on 24 Aug 1580 he entered King's College, Cambridge.
