Edgar Lawrence Chase II Life story
American Musician and Restaurateur. At age 16, Chase, a jazz trumpeter, founded Dooky Chase's Rhythm Playboys, after attending Booker T. Washington High School, Later, he created the Dooky Chase Orchestra, a 16-member big band that included his sister, Doris, on vocals.
