This documentary chronicles the quick rise and precipitous crash-and-burn of Kozmo. com, the brainchild of investment bankers and former college roommates Joseph Park and Yong Kang. By interviewing the founders as well as the company's day-to-day workers, the film paints a comprehensive portrait of the failed venture, which started as an online convenience store with a single warehouse in 1997.
