Duckunoo or duckanoo, also referred to as tie-a-leaf and blue drawers, called Dokonon, is a dessert in Jamaica, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, French Guiana and some other Lesser Antilles. It is a variation on the dish ducana which originated in Africa.
