About Dr. Liam Neesam
Dr. Liam Neesam is an evil alien who is far better than Dick in every way who briefly worked at Pendelton State University as a biology professor. In his second appearance, he came back to Earth with plans to turn everyone into monkeys in order to turn it into an amusement park, "Planet Monkey World".
