Dimitar Ganev Life story
Dimitar Varbanov Ganev was a Bulgarian communist politician. He became head of state and chairman of the presidium of the national assembly of Bulgaria on November 30, 1958, shortly after the death of Georgi Damyanov, and served in these positions until his own death.
