Diary Of A Serial Killer

Nelson (Gary Busey) is a freelance journalist doing a story on transgender lifestyles, and he's been following a man named Stefan (Arnold Vosloo), who hangs out with transvestites. Nelson is shocked, however, when he sees Stefan kill a young woman. Stefan corners Nelson, but instead of murdering him, he offers him the opportunity to observe and write about the life of a serial killer.
