Delbert Baker Life story
Delbert W. Baker is a Seventh-day Adventist minister, author, educator, and administrator. Formerly the tenth president of Oakwood University and a vice president of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, Baker is currently the vice chancellor of the Adventist University of Africa.
