About Dee Eastman
Dee Eastman was the Founding Director of The Daniel Plan, a healthy lifestyle program developed at Saddleback Church. The Plan was created in 2011 by three world renowned physicians: Dr. Mehmet Oz, Dr. Mark Hyman and Dr. Daniel Amen.
