David Spiegelhalter Life story
Sir David John Spiegelhalter OBE FRS is a British statistician and a Fellow of Churchill College, Cambridge. From 2007 to 2018 he was Winton Professor of the Public Understanding of Risk in the Statistical Laboratory at the University of Cambridge. Spiegelhalter is an ISI highly cited researcher.

Covid: More restrictions a last resort, Sajid Javid says
Further Covid restrictions in England must be an " absolute Last Resort " Health Secretary Sajid Javid has said, despite rising case numbers in the UK.
Writing in the, Mr Javid said the UK must look to " live alongside" coronavirus in 2022.
