David Novstrup Life story
David A. Novstrup is an American politician and a Republican member of the South Dakota Senate representing District 3 since January 2015. He is the son of South Dakota Representative Al Novstrup. He was also a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives from 2007 to 2015.
