David Fairbairn Life story
Sir David Eric Fairbairn, KBE, DFC was an Australian politician. He was a member of the Liberal Party and served in the House of Representatives from 1949 to 1975. He held ministerial office as Minister for Air, National Development, Education and Science, and Defence.
