David Dale Owen Life story


David Dale Owen was a prominent American geologist who conducted the first geological surveys of Indiana, Kentucky, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota. Owen served as the first state geologist for three states: Kentucky, Arkansas, and Indiana.
