About Darwinia Diosmoides


Darwinia diosmoides is a shrub which is endemic to the south-west of Western Australia. It usually grows to between 0. 3 and 1. 2 metres in height and produces white flowers. The species was formally described in 1828 by Swiss botanist Augustin Pyramus de Candolle who gave it the name Genetyllis diosmoides.
