Daniel W. Yohannes is an Ethiopian-American businessman and philanthropist who served as the U. S. Ambassador to the OECD from 2014 to 2017. From 2009 to 2014, he was the CEO of the Millennium Challenge Corporation, an independent U. S. foreign aid agency.
