D. Richard Hipp Life story
Dwayne Richard Hipp is a software developer and the primary author of SQLite as well as the Fossil SCM. He also authored the Lemon parser generator, and CVSTrac; the latter became the inspiration for Trac. He was also a member of the Tcl core team.
