Cuthbert Sebastian Life story
Sir Cuthbert Montraville Sebastian GCMG OBE KStJ ED was the Governor-General of St. Kitts and Nevis from 1996 to 2013. He was appointed Governor-General in 1995 and was sworn in on 1 January 1996. While in office, he was the world's oldest serving de facto head of state.
