About Cuban Pygmy Owl
The Cuban pygmy owl is a species of owl in the family Strigidae that is endemic to Cuba. Its natural habitats are dry forests, moist forests and heavily degraded former forest. The Pygmy-Owl is the most frequently observed of Cuba's owls. They breed in tree holes formerly used by woodpeckers.
