Consuelo González Amezcua, known as Chelo or Chelito, was an American outsider artist of Mexican birth. She was one of a number of Texan women of Mexican descent, including Beatrice Valdez Ximénez and Alicia Dickerson Montemayor, to gain notice as a folk artist.
