Chef and Baltimore native John Shields pursues his passion for coastal cuisine in this 13-episode series. Starting with the coast of California, Shields explores the Monterey Bay area and prepares seafood with the Two Hot Tamales. In Miami he taps the expertise of regional chef Michelle Bernstein, and in the Pacific Northwest he visits with chef Ian Jeffards.
