Clyde Hosein

Clyde R. Hosein serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Hosein has been a member of the Board of Directors since December 2005. Since December 2017, he has served as Chief Financial Officer of Automation Anywhere, Inc., an enterprise software provider of robotic process automation.
