Nadia, along with six other big cats, the idea has been infected by an asymptomatic Zoo Keeper .

The Cats show symptoms, start as a dry cough, at the end of last month, after the exposure of The Employee , who has not been identified.

"This is the First Time that any of us know, from anywhere in The World that a person is infected, The Animal and The Animal was sick," Paul Calle, chief veterinarian of the zoo, told the news Agency Reuters on Sunday.

There were individual cases of domestic animals tested positive for the coronavirus elsewhere in The World , but the experts have pointed out, there is no evidence that you can get sick or spreading the disease.

Mr Calle said that he intends to share the results with other zoos and institutions the study of the Transmission of Covid-19.

"We tested The Cat [Nadia] out of an abundance of caution and to ensure that all knowledge about Covid-said 19 will help, The World is still the understanding of this novel coronavirus," the zoo said in a statement.

Nadia, her sister, Azul, as well as two Siberian tigers and three lions, who showed symptoms all expected a full recovery, the zoo said.

The big cats have some decrease in appetite, but "different is good under veterinary care and are bright, alert and interactive with their keepers," it said.

The zoo has not said, it is not known how The Virus will evolve, animals such as tigers and lions, as the various types that can respond to new infections, but all The Animals are carefully observed.

The Corona-Virus (Sars-CoV-2, the causes of the disease Covid-19) is thought to have its origin in The Animal world, and was handed over to the people on a live-animal market in Wuhan.

The pandemic was driven by human-to-human Transmission , but infection from Nadia to raises new questions about the human-to-animal Transmission .

The new Virus is part of the coronavirus family, which also includes the Common Cold , Sars, and Mers

There were less than a handful of individual cases of companion animals have tested positive for the coronavirus, including two dogs in Hong Kong .

There is "no evidence that any person is infected with Covid-19, in the United States of animals, including dogs and cats," the zoo statement noted.

This is also The View of The World organisation for animal health and The World health organization (WHO),

and called on all restricted patients, contact with house animals.

Dr. Sarah Caddy , veterinary surgeon and Clinical Research Fellow at the University of Cambridge, react among the experts on the reports.

"It is not surprising that The Tiger has become infected with what is already a pretty Low Dose of Virus - and we assume The Tiger is constantly in close contact with the asymptomatic Zoo Keeper ," She Said of the transfer.

"it is also interesting that The Tigers showed clinical signs compatible with Covid-19 in humans. Although scientific proof is missing, the chance this is just a coincidence, is low. "

conservation experts have warned that The Virus could have posed a threat to some animals like the apes and said the measures are necessary to reduce The Risk of wild gorillas, chimpanzees and Orang-Utans.
