Christopher Coutu Life story
Christopher D. Coutu is an American Army National Guard officer, who also served as a three-term municipal and state elected leader. From 2006 to 2010, he served as the only elected Republican state or federal legislative official in southeastern Connecticut, representing the state's 47th House district.
