Chip Chase

Chip Chase is a human from the cartoon portion of the Generation 1 continuity family. It's a cartoon from the '80s. By law, Transformers has to have at least one character in a wheelchair. Chip Chase is Spike Witwicky's best friend and a staunch ally to the Autobots.
