Chibs Telford Life story
Filip "Chibs" Telford is the President of the Sons of Anarchy Motorcycle Club's Charming, California mother charter. Before that, he was the Sergeant-at-Arms and later the Vice President. He is nicknamed "Chibs" because of his facial scars ("chib" is Scots slang for "street blade" or a stabbing weapon).
