Chata Hyoki

Chata Hyoki was a male Selkath from the aquatic planet of Manaan. During the Clone Wars, Hyoki, along with fellow bounty hunter Robonino, was hired by Count Dooku to intimidate various senators into changing their votes on a Senate bill.
