Charles H. Rowell

Charles H. Rowell is the founder and editor of Callaloo, a journal of writing from the Black South and the African diaspora. He has been the editor for several collections of fiction, including Shade: An Anthology of Fiction by Gay Men of African Descent (Harper, 1996).
