Chain Gang War

Chain Gang War was a monthly comic book series from DC Comics that began in July, 1993, and was cancelled in June, 1994. It was about a group of murderous vigilantes, known as the Chain Gang, who would kidnap criminals and put them into special holding cells at their base of operations in a city near Gotham City.
