César Trelles Life story
César Trelles Lara is a Peruvian dental surgeon and politician who is the current president of the Peruvian Aprista Party since October 2019. He served as Governor of Piura from 2003 to 2010, and as member of the now abolished Peruvian Chamber of Deputies from 1980 to 1992, representing the constituency of Piura.
