Mircalla Karnstein Life story
Countess Mircalla Karnstein, also known as Carmilla, is an Austrian noblewoman and a female vampire created by Joseph Sheridan LeFanu in 1872 novella Carmilla. She appears in three movies by Hammer Films: The vampire lovers (1970), Lust for a vampire (1971) and Twins of evil (1971).
