Carmel Morgan is a writer born in 1965 in Oxfordshire. She is currently developing DNR, a comedy drama project with Tiger Aspect and Sky. Leaving behind her previous incarnation as a Granada TV press officer, Carmel served a brief but invaluable apprenticeship on season two of The Royle Family.
