Carlos Montenegro Life story
Carlos Montenegro Quiroga was a Bolivian lawyer, writer, journalist, and politician. He was the principal political theorist of the Revolutionary Nationalist Movement, co-founding the party newspaper La Calle which laid the ideological bases of movement.
