Carlos Monge Alfaro Life story
Carlos Monge Alfaro ( Cervantes , Alvarado , 22 as maypole as 1909 - San Jose , 8 as April as 1979 ) was an educator, writer, essayist, historian, geographer, Costa Rican politician and philosopher. He was one of the founders of the University of Costa Rica , of which he was subsequently its rector for three periods.
