Carlos Galindo-Leal, M.Sc., Ph. D., is the Director of Scientific Communications for the Comisión Nacional para el Conocimiento y Uso de la Biodiversidad (CONABIO), the division of the Mexican government that works to preserve the nation's wildlife and biodiversity.
