Carlo Lombardo dei Baroni Lombardo di San Chirico known also under the composer-pseudonyms Léon Bard, Leo Bard, Leblanc and M. Fernandez, was an Italian operetta impresario, comedian, librettist, publisher and "composer" of pasticcio productions of other composers' music.
